Daintyline 18K Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders over $500 will ship via FedEx free of charge for domestic shipping in the contiguous United States.  Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will incur a flat rate of $50 for shipping.

DAINTYLINE 18K does not process or ship any international orders.  DAINTYLINE 18K do not ship orders to non-signature required P.O. boxes.  All orders will require signature upon receipt.

All jewelry pieces are made to order.  We will ship out the order within 7-21 business days (excluding custom orders).  An email will be sent to you notifying you of shipment.

Custom orders usually take 4-6 weeks depending on the item(s) to produce.  Once completed an email will be sent to you notifying you of shipment.  All custom orders are final sale.  No exchanges nor refunds are allowed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly exchange item(s) of your order within 7 days of delivery date.  Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.  If the exchange is for a greater priced item, we will charge you the difference onto your original payment type.  If the exchange is for a lesser priced item, the item must be similar in value to the original purchased piece.   We will refund you the difference onto your original payment type.

Please notify DAINTYLINE 18K via email:  [email protected] to initiate the exchange prior to sending back your item(s).  All item(s) must be returned in its original packaging first before the exchange can occur.

No refunds are allowed.
